What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, MasterCard/EuroCard, Discover, American Express, Diner's Club, JCB, and check cards or ATM cards, so long as they are connected with one of the major credit card companies listed above.

You can safely enter your entire credit card number via our secure server, which encrypts all submitted information.

When will my credit card be charged?
  • Physical Products

    If you have placed an order for a physical product, we will not bill you until your product(s), including backordered or preordered items, are actually shipped. If your items are shipped separately, you will be billed each time an item is shipped.


    If you have placed a preorder for physical products, your credit card will not be charged until the product ships. However, a temporary authorization for a nominal amount may appear on your online statement as a "pending transaction" and may not reflect price reductions made during the preorder period. This temporary authorization is used to validate the credit card used to purchase your SHIELD. Prior to shipment of a preordered product, we will process an authorization transaction against your credit card to ensure sufficient funds are still available. When your preordered product ships from the warehouse, your credit card will be charged the final price of the product.


  • Downloadable Products

    If you have purchased downloadable products, your credit card will be charged the day after your purchase has been placed.

How will the charge show up on my credit card?
The charge will appear on your credit card as: "DRI*NVIDIA"

Do I have to pay sales tax?
Depending on the order, sales tax may be calculated and charged. Any sales tax charged will be indicated once your billing and/or shipping address have been entered during checkout.

Just fax us a copy of your tax-exemption form with an address matching your order's billing or shipping address at: 952-253-8760. Please include a copy of your receipt or your order number.

Can I order without a credit card?
We are sorry for the inconvenience currently Credit Cards are the only form of payment that we accept.

 

Please note a line of credit option is available for purchases of the Quadro Plex Products. You must have a line of credit established first before using this payment method and credit applications require 3-5 business days for review.

What address should I enter in the billing information screen?
For credit card verification, you must enter the address exactly as it appears on your credit card statement. You do not need to enter a middle name or initial.

How do I enter a shipping address?
If you ordered a physical product, a shipping information page will be presented where you can enter a separate shipping address and the shipping method can be chosen.

Should I put spaces or dashes in the Credit Card number?
No. Your card number should be entered in as a continuous string of numbers.

Why are you not accepting my credit card?
There are many reasons for a failed credit card transaction. Your card may have expired or reached its limit or a credit card computer, either on our end or your bank's end, may have encountered a machine error. If you do have problems, you can contact Customer Service 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Please provide them any error message numbers you may have received, as well as the order number from the shopping cart.
