When will my credit/debit card be charged?
  • Physical Products

    If you have placed an order for a physical product, we will not bill you until your product(s), including backordered or preordered items, are actually shipped. If your items are shipped separately, you will be billed each time an item is shipped.


    If you have placed a preorder for physical products, your credit/debit card will not be charged until the product ships. However, a temporary authorization for a nominal amount may appear on your online statement as a "pending transaction" and may not reflect price reductions made during the preorder period. This temporary authorization is used to validate the credit card used to purchase your product. Prior to shipment of a preordered product, we will process an authorization transaction against your credit/debit card to ensure sufficient funds are still available. When your preordered product ships from the warehouse, your credit/debit card will be charged the final price of the product.


    If using PayPal as your payment method, you will be charged immediately.


  • Downloadable Products

    If you have purchased downloadable products, your credit/debit card will be charged when you place your order.

How will the charge show up on my credit/debit card?
The charge will appear on your credit card as: "DRI*NVIDIA"

Do I have to pay sales tax/VAT?
Depending on the order, sales tax or VAT may be calculated and charged. Any sales tax/VAT charged will be indicated once your billing and/or shipping address have been entered during checkout.

What address should I enter in the billing information screen?
For credit/debit card verification, you must enter the address exactly as it appears on your statement. You do not need to enter a middle name or initial.

How do I enter a shipping address?
If you ordered a physical product, a shipping information page will be presented where you can enter a separate shipping address and the shipping method can be chosen.

Why are you not accepting my credit/debit card?
There are many reasons for a failed credit/debit card transaction. Your card may have expired or reached its limit, either on our end or your bank's end, or it may have encountered a machine error. If you do have problems, you can contact Customer Service 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Please provide them any error message numbers you may have received, as well as the order number from the shopping cart.
